Guided Tours
All our tours are guided, and we work by reservations and Walk-ins! Our knowledgeable team members will show you everything you need to know to have a great time. We ride together as a group and the pace may increase while the riders gain experience during the tour, however no rider is expected to exceed his/her/their own safe speed.

Safety Rules
Your safety is our top priority. Our team of experienced instructors will provide you with a comprehensive orientation and safety briefing before you hit the trails. Please read carefully our main rules.
Adherence to safety standards is strictly enforced at all times.

A helmet must be worn at all times while operating or riding in an ATV or UTV.

Always stay behind the ATV Zone team member that is guiding the tour.

Donuts, wheelies, drifting and/or reckless driving is prohibited.

Maintain a safe distance between riders.

Do not speed over puddles.

Do not pass other drivers.

Do not participate in the tour if you are pregnant or have any medical condition.

Alcohol or drugs consumption is prohibited, before or during the use and possession of the rented ATV or UTV.

Obey all posted signs. Do not ride faster than posted speed limits.

Do not ride outside the designated trail areas. This includes areas posted "Do Not Enter" or "Private Property".
Our Policies
1. We gently ask all customers to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time, as it is mandatory for everyone. Failure to arrive on time will result in an additional charge of a late fee, or complete cancellation of the tour without any refund.
2. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your tour, we kindly ask you to notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time. This advance notice will allow us to offer the slot to other customers and make appropriate arrangements.
Cancellations without the 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your full payment.
3. Upon your arrival, we kindly request that you present the same credit card used to make the reservation. This policy is in place to protect both you and our business against any potentially fraudulent activities.
